Congratulations to HPS Girls Football Team who won their match against Middlefield on Monday afternoon. A cracker, 3-1!
It has been a long time since HPS played in a football tournament and we played very well with lots of goals from Charlie,Riley,Danny, Daisy and Shayne. Freddie and Kaeden were excellent in goal and we finished 3rd overall with all of our players receiving a medal. Well done to all the team, St. Neots for putting on the tournament and Miss Ross for
Due to staff illness we’ve had to CANCEL tonight’s football training (Monday 23rd). Apologies for the short notice.
We have been working hard this year to make sure that we provide the children with a range of different PE opportunities. Have a read of the PE newsletter below (click to view full size):
A great team performance from the boys saw us break our duck and score a goal. The Metcalf boys were a superb duo with an assist from Alfie and a goal from Danny. Only a save of the century prevented Charlie from scoring and we had many other opportunities. Kaeden was once again awesome in goal and man of the match goes to Alfie
Another great team performance this afternoon in St.Neots. A huge thank you to the wonderful Mrs Watts for ‘being persuaded’ to wash the kit.

We

Yes it’s true we almost scored but somehow they kept the ball out! It was a great match with lots of chances for both sides and played in very good spirits. Can you believe we got wet even though it was bright sunshine all day? Thanks to all our friends who came along to support us and well done to Kian for excellent determination
We played our match against Stukeley Meadows in the glorious afternoon sunshine today which helped ease a defeat of 9-0. As always, the boys played with great resilience and respect and I am very proud of them all. Charlie pulled off some extremely acrobatic saves which kept us in the match and Kian had a one on one run at goal which he was
