WE WON!

A very happy, if slightly wet teacher, is so proud to report that the Year 5 and 6 boys scored a blistering three goals against St. Anne’s Primary School to see us gain our first league win of the season. There were many chances on both sides and some awesome defending by Kieran and keeping by Kian kept the goals down from St. Anne’s.

Tournament Joy!

The Year 5 and 6 football team played in a tournament in St. Ives on Saturday 29th March. All season we have been waiting for a win and just like the proverbial bus,  3 wins came along at once! An amazing team performance saw us win 3 of our 6 matches with goals from Junior, Nigel, Ethan, Dalton and Freddie (just after a toe injury!).

Awesome performance!

The Year 6 boys played an extremely close game against Thongsley Fields on Monday 3rd March. All the boys demonstrated our school value of teamwork, our value of the week and Josh Mc and Nigel both scored very good goals. Although the result was 3-2 it was by far our best team performance and we all felt like winners at the end of the match. A

Huntingdon -v- Hemingford Grey
