Free Flu Vaccinations

by | Sep 29, 2020

It’s that time of year – Your child is entitled to the Flu vaccination free, from the NHS, in school. The NHS flu immunisation programme helps protect your child against flu, which can be a dangerous illness and can cause serious complications.

The NHS runs this programme in school. You need to fill out the NHS form using link sent home on Seesaw to make sure your child gets the vaccination, or to decline your consent if you don’t want your child to have the vaccination.

** If you miss the deadline, your child will not get vaccinated. The school cannot help with this, as the programme is run entirely by the NHS. **

The link will close on: 30th September 2020
Session Date: 25th November 2020
