Our Promise Tree
To fit in with COP 26 the children have been learning about the impact of Climate Change and considering what they can do to help out.
We’re cashless: Our parent app called Pupil Asset will allow you to pay for school meals, order uniform items and update your contact details in a few taps.
About our school
A community of inspired learners
Please see the attached letter from the Public Health and Education Directorates for Cambridgeshire about Covid and the response in schools with the latest guidance.
Learning outside school
All those home learning systems that you used during the Covid school closures are still available and used in school every day. Use them whenever you like for some extra learning from home!
Cuts to our school budget
You may have seen in the media that school per-pupil budgets are being cut. Yes, even now! You can help us get more money for your children at no cost to you.
Join us at team HPS
Come with us on our learning adventure! We welcome mid-year admissions as well as new starters every September.
Our HPStv Pupil Leaders create their own content for our Youtube channel. Filmed, edited, scripted and starring pupils. Subscribe to never miss a thing!

Direct from the classroom
We use the Seesaw digital platform
Seesaw empowers students to document what they are learning at school and allows parents to see what’s happening in school, as it happens, and comment on what they see.
Download the Seesaw Family app on your device or login using a browser.
How we’re performing
As part of our open data project we publish live stats about how our children are using the different systems in school. Broken down by year group & class with nice graphs.
Live Attendance Data
Attendance is incredibly important to the education of our children and makes a big difference to a child’s ability to do well at school.
Studies show that an attendance level of less than 96% will have an impact on a child’s ability to be successful at school. Below 90% and things start getting really hard.
Each week our classes compete to have the highest attendance percentage, with the highest scoring class at the end of term getting an extra special treat.
Whole-school attendance percentage for the previous week:
100-96% – Best chance of success
95-91% – Less chance of success
Below 90% – Makes it hard to progress
