 At Huntingdon Primary School we collect certain data about our pupils and their families. We collect this data because it’s either a legal requirement, or because it allows us to provide our education provision. For example, we collect parental contact details in case there’s a problem that we need tolet you know about.

We keep this data for as long as the child is a pupil at our school and for a certain amount of time after they leave. The amount of time varies depending on the type of data. For more information, take a look at the two documents below.


 

People visiting our website

We use visitor tracking software called Microsoft Clarity in order to tell us what people are looking at on our website. This helps us provide relevant content and see if parts of our website are being fully used.

Clarity captures the user interactions on our website such as how the page has rendered and what interactions a user had on the website such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, etc. You can read the Microsoft Privacy Policy here.
