HPS will be taking part in Fairtrade Fortnight from Monday 25th February to 8th March 2019. We will be investigating where Fairtrade goods are grown around the world and how they are processed. We will look at why supporting Fairtrade is important to the grower and how it benefits their way of life.
We will be learning about cocoa, and the process of how chocolate is made, and the children will cook a range of yummy foods using Fairtrade chocolate.
