Flu immunisation:
If you have registered your child to receive the Flu Vaccine then a letter and blank wristband will be coming home today.
You MUST write your child’s name and date of birth on the wristband (full details in the letter) and they MUST wear it to school tomorrow to get the vaccine.
PLEASE REMEMBER – IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT WEARING A CORRECTLY LABELLED WRISTBAND TOMORROW, THEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE FLU IMMUNISATION IN SCHOOL.
