The weather has been absolutely scorching and is due to be even hotter tomorrow for our final day.
Although parts of our school are air conditioned, not all the year groups are.
We’re asking you to collect your children early, before the hottest part of the day. We will be closing school at 12.15pm on Wednesday, just before lunchtime. If you’re unable to collect your child early, please let the school office know by phoning 01480 375113 or stopping by in person.
If your child usually walks home on their own and you would like them to be able to do so at 12.15pm then we must have written permission. Please send a signed note in with your child giving permission to walk home with the child’s name, class and your own name. We can’t accept verbal permission.
