For parents of all chidren at HPS *except* Year 6:
A reminder that if you want your child to have the nasal flu vaccination you must return the consent form by Tuesday 16th October at the latest.
The nurses will then be collecting the forms so handing in after that date will be too late and your child will not receive the vaccine.
