We’ll be using the Seesaw app to stay in touch in the run up to the start of school, and sharing your child’s progress throughout the year.
At Huntingdon Primary School we use a system called Seesaw to record your child’s progress, achievements and observations in their first year. Seesaw is an app that allows you to be notified about, view and interact with these items as they are added by our staff in school.
We will also be using Seesaw to communicate with you between now and the start of school in September, so it’s important to get you set up. We will send you an e-mail in the coming days containing a secure link to create your Seesaw account. Please get in contact if we don’t have an e-mail address for you already.
Seesaw is available as a free app from the Apple Store and also on Android devices or through the Seesaw website. More general information on Seesaw is available on the Seesaw website: https://web.seesaw.me/parents
The safeguarding of our children is very important to us. You will only have access to your child’s own learning journal and this cannot be seen by other parents.
