Wednesday 25th November 2020

Dear Parents/ Carers

We will receive a Remote Visit from OFSTED, Her Majesty’s inspectors tomorrow, see below. The school has been chosen at random to find out how schools are starting back after Lockdown 1 and the challenges faced. There will be a series of online meetings with staff across the day.

After the visit the school and parents/carers will receive a letter outlining findings but they will not be making any evaluation or judgement.

Visit to Huntingdon Primary School on 26 November 2020

I am writing on behalf of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills (HMCI) to confirm that Huntingdon Primary School will be visited under section 8 of the Education Act 2005 (as amended). This visit will take place on 26 November 2020.

The visit will be led by Isabel Davis, HMI, who will be accompanied during the visit by one inspector.

Kind regards

Elaine Lynch
Headteacher
