Huntingdon Primary
Clubs and Sports
We have worked hard at Huntingdon Primary School to expand the range of sports clubs available to your children this year and are continuing to do so. Sign up for a club using the forms below!
All clubs are after school unless stated and run from the end of the school day until 4:25pm.
Places are limited and if a club is oversubscribed, names will be drawn from a hat. You will receive a slip to inform you if your child has received a place in the club.

Sports & Clubs News
Back in the swing!
Welcome back everyone!
We jump right back into the swing of things with the Year 6 boosters sessions after school today and all the clubs running at their usual times this week.
Football Training
Just a reminder, as there have been a few people asking; Our HPS Football training starts next Wednesday (31st), not today.
Children will need to be collected as normal when school finishes today, as there will be no football training tonight!
(We need a new team picture!)
Priory junior tournament
On Thursday 2nd November, Huntingdon Primary went to a school tournament at Priory Junior. We got 5 points altogether and we played 5 matches. There were 11 children: Yasmin, Reuben, Freddie, Ben, Harrison, David, Lilly, Charlie, Ricardo, Igor and Jake. Our coach was Mr. Parr and Mr. Sergeant. The assistant was Miss Ross. Ricardo scored a brilliant team goal and we all played as a team. We are really looking forward to another tournament!
Sports Awards
We have had a lot to celebrate in Year 2 this week. We are very proud of our sports award winners and all the other children who are achieving great things in P.E.
We have started our next sequence in maths on partitioning. The children recognise the tens and ones columns. We are looking forward to moving onto partitioning numbers in different ways.
