Today in year 4 we were thinking about how we can keep ourselves clean and why this is important. To prove this we set up an investigation. We put three slices of bread into zip lock bags. We discussed how the bags keep the germs from touching the slices of bread. One piece of bread we put in the bag using a glove to protect it from germs, the second piece only Miss Ruff touched to put in the bag and then the third piece all of the children touched before putting it into the bag.
We are going to leave the bread in the bags over the weekend and see what has happened to them when we come back on Monday.
