The working world

What a busy half term we have had, learning about the working world. We have been lucky enough to have Mrs Henson visit us from the office and answer our questions. We also had a nurse visitor who brought in equipment for us to try, including a stethoscope to listen to our hearts! We worked very hard to think of some excellent questions for our visitors such as ‘what do you use to make people better’? and ‘what do you do on your computer’? We have learnt about lots of different jobs and have started to think about what we might like to do when we grow up.

We have also been busy in the forest, learning about the weather and seasons. We have been on winter hunts and making houses to keep the forest creatures warm and comfortable.

We are very much looking forward to next half term and a brand new topic!
